* Wrong item or size was delivered
* Product is lost during shipment
How to Exchange a Product
If you encounter any issue or are not fully satisfied with your purchase:

2. Return to Any Outlet
* Exchange will be allowed for the same product if available, or another product of similar or higher value.
* If exchanging for a higher value product, the price difference must be paid.
3. Ship the Product
* You may also ship the product to us. Once received, we will send your desired replacement.
Note: Shipping costs are only covered by us if:
* The product was delivered damaged
* The wrong item or size was delivered
* Product was lost or damaged during shipment
Otherwise, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Important Guidelines
* Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached.
* Opened, damaged, or incomplete products without a receipt may be denied.
* Please repack the product securely in its original packaging and include the original invoice slip and tags.
